Former US Attorney General Highlights Cuban Medical Cooperation

Former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark highlighted the impact of Cuba's medical cooperation worldwide and condemned the economic, trade and financial blockade imposed against Cuba for over 50 years.

Despite the existence of that unjust policy, more than 15,000 doctors from all over the world, including the United States, have graduated from Cuba's medical school. This help is invaluable, given the humanistic sensibility of those Cuba-trained doctors, affirmed the expert during a conference held at the International Cuba-Health 2012 Convention.

The International Cuba-Health 2012 Convention is in session at the International Conference Center in Havana with the attendance of 1,000 delegates and 20 health ministers.
