II Meeting of Bridges of Love from Venezuela against the blockade to Cuba

The José Martí Cultural Foundation and the Simón Rodríguez House of First Letters organized for today, the Second Meeting of Bridges of Love, which among its objectives is to denounce the blockade policy against Cuba, Venezuela and other nations.
This cultural and recreational activity will support the mobilization that will take place this Saturday in New York City, prior to next week's annual vote on the draft resolution rejecting the economic, commercial and financial siege against the island.
The organizers informed that the event will begin with the laying of a wreath at José Martí Square in Caracas, and then they will march to the House of First Letters.
The event will be attended by Cuban residents, collaborators of the different missions, Venezuelan families, as well as troubadours, poets, declaimers, personalities, intellectuals and special guests, according to the sources.
The Casa de las Primeras Letras Simón Rodríguez is a cultural institution of reference that houses a history museum since 2013, and is recognized as the first school in Caracas where Simón Bolívar El Libertador was taught by Simón Rodríguez in the late 18th century.
