Twenty Four Works on Fidel Castro in 2017 Book Fair

The president of the International Book Fair of Cuba, Juan Rodriguez Cabrera, announced Tuesday the presentation of 24 titles in the event dedicated to the historical leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro.
 
The 26th edition of the event will take place in this capital, from February 9 to 19, in several places, but the main will be the Fortress of San Carlos de la Cabaña, a place in which colloquiums, pannels and other activities about the life and work of Fidel Castro will take place.
 
Cuba convoked to a colloquium on politics and culture on February 10 and 11, while Cuban reporters Mario Mencia and Katiuska Blanco will lead a panel on the formation of Fidel Castro's political thought, with talks about the strategy, ideas and the action in the revolutionary struggle.
 
The journalist and Canadian lecturer Arnold August and the Cuban historian Heberto Norman will exchange in the panel 'Fidel, Builder of the New Society.'
 
Other conferences on the historical Cuban leader will reflect concerning its work in topics like solidarity, internationalism and journalism, among othersl.
 
The Historian of the city of Havana, Eusebio Leal, will give a conference on Fidel's humanism and legacy, on February 11, and two days later, Edfitora Politica will present a dictionary of thoughts of the big deceased revolutionary last November 25.
