The ambassador of Czechoslovakia, Stanislav Svoboda awards the Commemoration Medal for the 30th Anniversary of the Fight for Freedom by the Red Army, established by the Czechoslovakia’s Communist Party in the occasion of the 30th anniversary of that brother country’s liberation from the fascist oppression. The act took place in the PCC Central Committee headquarters.
