Speech delivered at the opening of the Tenth Iberoamerican Summit dedicated to Children and Adolescents, at the Atlapa Conference Center.
•    Fidel laid a wreath on the place keeping the remains of Omar Torrijos, the supreme leader of the Panamanian Revolution, at the parish ‘San Pablo Apostol’, in ‘La Loceria’ neigborhood.

•    Closing of the Tenth Iberoamerican Summit at the Atlapa Conference Center.
