Hallmark of Combatant Dien Bien Phu

The Army General of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, Vo Nguyen Giap, confers the hallmark of Combatant Dien Bien Phu, in a visit to that brother country, after attending the 4th Non Aligned Conference.
