Fidel and Raul Castro Send Wreath to Honor Cuban Revolutionary Martyr Frank Pais

A floral wreath on behalf of the leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, and President Raul Castro, was laid on Thursday before the tomb of revolutionary martyr Frank Pais at the Santa Ifigenia cemetery in eastern Santiago de Cuba. The tomb of Frank Pais, a revolutionary leader killed along with his comrade Raul Pujol by the forces of dictator Fulgencio Batista on July  30, 1957, was visited on Thursday by hundreds of people, including relatives, workers, students and revolutionary leaders, as part of the traditional July 30 pilgrimage to his resting place. This tribute closed a series of activities in Santiago de Cuba to mark the Day of the Martyrs of the Revolution.
