You have to overcome the distance and the change of hour, forget the public and the scenario, concentrate and do what you know very well how to do.

Never forget that you bear the honor of the people on your chest.

The slogan of Cuban athletes should be like that of the ancient Spartans:

“With the shield or on the shield!”

Homeland or death!

We shall overcome!
