- Fidel appears on the Meet the Press TV programme to explain changes in the tax law and informs about law 550 of the 15th of September.
- At the headquarters of Revolución newspaper, he signs a cheque for one million pesos to promote tourism. This amount enters the funds for the National Administration of Public Beaches and Tourist Attraction.
