- Visit to the Emergencias Hospital to the persons wounded in the act of vandalism during which the streets of Havana were strafed by 2 aircraft flying in from the United States. There were 2 dead and 50 wounded.
- He goes to Camagüey and makes a speech to the Heads of Regiment No. 2 of Camagüey to explain to the people about the counter-revolutionary attitude of Hubert Matos.
