A fraternal meeting between Angolan Vice President Fernando da Piedade Dias Dos Santos and Cuban First Vice President Jose Ramon Machado Ventura, was highlighted on Wednesday in this capital by the mass media.
 
in the framework of his official visit to Cuba, Dias dos Santos, strengthened cooperation between the Angolan and Cuban States, the Jornal de Angola newspaper reported.
 
The Angolan leader also termed as excellent and historic the relations between both countries, forged in common struggle, the daily stated.
 
The vice president stressed the exisiting cooperation between the two states, and advocated a gradual increase in the number of Cuban professors and health technicians in Angola.
 
The Angolan ministers will work with their Cuban peers to review cooperation and undertake new lines of work, the Angolan leader said.
 
Several news agencies, including the Angola National Radio station, reported from Havana highlights of the Angolan vice president's stay in Cuba until Friday.
