Cuba hosts from today the 20th International Congress of Orthopedics and Traumatology in Bayamo, Granma, with over 400 Cuban and foreign guests.
The event is sponsored, among other, by the International and Cuban Orthopedics Societies, the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) and the Frank Pais Scientific Complex.
Bone bank uses, spine surgery breakthrough, prosthesis of the joint, deformities in adult feet and infant brain palsy are among the topics submitted for debate.
A source from the Organizing Committee said this Congress will run along a fair where the guests will display their newest instruments.
