The Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC) demanded the end of the executions of which black people in the United States are recurrent victims.
The UNEAC Comission against Racism and Racial Discrimination condemened the killing of black people, with a racist intention, committed with impunity by US white police officers.
The text of the communique shows the story of several racial crimes in important US cities, ans "some of the cases are quite notorious, and become the tip of an iceberg in a very deep and complex problem."
The document quotes an investigation of Color Line and The Chicago Reporter on police shootings in 10 metropolises, where they found a disproportionate number of killed black persons.
Also, the Department of Justice of the United States determined that the police of the locality of Ferguson, stage of the most recent cases, were acting for racist motivations.
"The logic consists of shooting first and asking later. The white police officers go out usually vastly absolved in the cases where they come to the courts", points out the bulletin.
