The Haitian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cults Pierre Duly Brutus thanked for the Cuban cooperation with this Caribbean country indifferent areas since 1998.
He highlighted the collaboration in health, teaching basic literacy, agriculture and specifically in veterinary science and fishing, which contribute to animal health and the food program.
Brutus' words were spoken after welcoming Cuban Ambassador Ricardo Garcia Napoles at his office yesterday.
In the meeting, the Hatian foreign minister and the Cuban ambassador also tackled aspects of the current international situation, especially regional issues.
In this reference, he was interested in knowing details of the Cuba-Caribbean Economic Community Summit, which will begin on December 8.
