Vice President of the Republic of Peru, Marisol Espinoza, head of a delegation starting a visit to Cuba on Monday within the framework of progressive foreign policy of the new government.
The delegation also comprises the Minister of Education, Patricia Salas, President of the Peruvian Institute of Sport, Francisco Boza, and the deputy ministers for Health and Cross-Cultural issues, Enrique Jacoby and Vicente Otta, respectively.
Parliament vice-president of Peru, Alberto Adrianzen told Prensa Latina that the visit aims to strengthen ties of friendship and cooperation with Cuba on health, education, culture and sport spheres.
