Successful Performance of Cuba's Prodanza Ballet in China

Cuban ballet company Prodanza reached a great success in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen, with full theater and a standing ovation with three curtain calls to receive the applause.
 
The performance of Swan Lake was in charge of first dancers Patricia Hernandez and Alejandro Izquierdo, who delighted the audience who filled the Shenzhen Center's Wenti hall, located in the Nanshan district.
 
This first Prodanza de Cuba's tour of China, including 45 performances in 16 cities, began in Shanghai on December 19.
 
The company has so far performed in stages of Ningbo, Xuzhow, Jinan, Suzhow, Shangdong, Nanjing, Xiamen and Shenzhen.
 
Its next performances will be in Guangzhou (ancient Canton), capital of the southeastern province of Guangdong.
 
The tour of the company will conclude in Beijing on February.
