Ceremony held in the “Karl Marx” Theater where President Hugo Chávez Frías, from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, was awarded the “Carlos Manuel de Céspedes” Order, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of his first visit to Cuba.
