Activities in Argentina on Life and Works of Fidel Castro
Under the title "Fidel's Week", the Cultural Center of Cooperation (CCC) programmed in its Buenos Aires venue several acts on the life and work of Cuban Revolution historic leader, Fidel Castro.

Under the title "Fidel's Week", the Cultural Center of Cooperation (CCC) programmed in its Buenos Aires venue several acts on the life and work of Cuban Revolution historic leader, Fidel Castro.
The journey opens with an inaugural ceremony next Tuesday of the photo exhibition "Fidel: 83 Reasons", which shows pictures, most of them not seen in Argentina by Osvaldo Salas, Liborio Noval, Roberto Salas, Pablo Caballero and Alex Castro. The CCC started to promote activities and in the venue's front in the downtown avenue of Corrientes, shows posters that call the attention of those passing by, while the social networks carry text messages with the news.
For the occasion, the prestigious cultural center invited Alex Castro, who will handle the supervision of installing the photo exhibition.
The pictures tour an extensive part of Fidel Castro's life, of the history of Latin America in the 20th and 21st centuries, and include the independence struggles of the 19th century in the figure of Jose Marti.
In itself it shows the configuration of Our America, the history of our peoples, the history of the Revolution, Fidel Castro, all in small gestures, intimate moments, casual and in solitude, from which becomes evident the human legacy of the Cuban revolutionary leader, advances the CCC in a promotional spot.
On Wednesday 23 a Round Table discussion "Fidel and the emancipation of Our America" will debate his thoughts and decisive contributions to revolutionary conscience of Our America.
Panelists will be politologue Atilio Boron, Historian Francisco Martinez and Cuban ambassador, Jorge Lamadrid.
Once the 40th Buenos Aires Book Fair is opened, one of the greatest literary events in Latin America, the book "Fidel, a history, five opinions", containing pictures of five photo artists from the exhibition "Fidel, 83 Motives".
Those images travel the life of the Cuban leader from the start of the Revolution to our days.
In its presentation will speak Boron, Lamadrid and the deputy Juan Carlos Junio, director of the CCC and will be attended by Alex Castro, author of a series of pictures included in the book.
