The multimedia entitled "Fidel Castro caravana de la libertad 1959" (Fidel Castro Freedom Caravan 1959), was launched here as a faithful retell of the national tour the historic of leader of the Cuban Revolution did at the beginning of the process.
The material, which will be available for audience at the 24th Cuba International Book Fair, illustrates through images, texts and audio archives and speeches of the Caravan that Fidel Castro carried out from the country's eastern region and to the western area, during the 17 first days of January 1959.
Produced in general by the Institute of History of Cuba and Unicornio record label of Abdala studios, the multimedia is the first of the project Personalities, which will include important figures of the island's history, such as politicians
Eduardo R. Chibas and Raul Roa, as well as Alejo Carpentier, among others.
In addition to the traditional audio and image schemes, the material includes PDF texts, versions predestined to their impression, as well as a Cuban map showing in detail the route of the Caravan in the dawn of the Cuban revolutionary process.
