Paraguay Ambassador to Cuba Resigns

The Ambassador of Paraguay to Cuba, Luis Domingo Laino, resigned and called unjust and irresponsible President Fernando Lugo's impeachment.

Laino, also Round-Robin Ambassador to the Dominican Republic and Haiti, submitted his resignation in letter to FM Jose Fernandez, expressing total disagreement with the Legislative impeachment against a President elected by his people.
