HUMANISME

... Human beings are capable of conceiving the noblest of ideas, of holding the most generous feelings and, convinced that by overcoming the powerful instincts with which nature has imbued them, they can give their lives for what they feel and believe in. This has been proven often times throughout history.

"Cuba is cooperating free (...) many other sister countries in the hemisphere, both in education and healthcare, placing special emphasis on the training of medical personnel.  Thus, Cuba modestly carries out its Marti-inspired duty: “Homeland is humanity!” as our National Hero proclaimed".

The name of Cuba will go down in history for ever because of what it has done and is still doing for humanity in the fields of education, culture and health in the most difficult period that our species has known.
