He appears in the Emergency Court to deliver a letter, denouncing the government members’ intent to murder his brother Raul, as part of a plot of provocations against him started from the moment he was released, with the ultimate goal of depriving him of life. He points out the master minds of this plan to be Colonels Alberto del Río Chaviano and Conrado Carratalá, with the assistance of gangsters and gunmen at the service of the regime.
