According to a release, it is a project by the military entity intended to extend the initiative of the Cuban and Venezuelan governments to remote Bolivian communities.
Cuban doctors yesterday operated residents from Tiquina, Chua, and Huatajata, along the Titicaca Lake, with rural families as the central objective of the initiative, the document reads.
Official sources reported today that Operation Miracle, developed as par of the Bolivarian Alternative for the Peoples of Our America, has so far benefited over 1.50 million low-income people from 35 countries.
President Evo Morales the development and success of the initiative has been amazing.
