President of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, is getting better, which fills us with great joy from the human point of view, stated today Executive Vice President, Nicolas Maduro.
Speaking at the extraordinary session of the Federal Council of Government, Maduro thanks the "doctors of love" serving the president.
He noted the complete and utter consecration, with the highest scientific levels known, overcoming obstacles to protect the health and life of Commander Hugo Chavez.
Maduro said they had returned from Cuba just a few hours ago, along with the governor of Barinas, Adán Chávez, the president of the National Assembly Diosdado Cabello, the Attorney General, Cilia Flores, and Territorial Vice President, Rafael Ramirez.
Maduro informed that Venezuelan Minister of Science and Technology, Jorge Arreaza, and relatives of Chavez remained in Cuba.
"The president is in a battle, and we have seen him and told him how our people has made great progresses, the spaces of the people's power are consolidating", he added,
Chavez asked questions to all of us and that makes us very happy, as this commits us to work every day, with serenity, confidence and firmly.
