The Ministry of Justice announced the holding of the 3rd International Congress JURISCUBA 2011 on March 23-25 at the Havana-based National Hotel with the objective to discuss new features of Registry Law in contemporary time.
Sponsored by the Ministry of Justice, the National Union of Jurists of Cuba, the Scientific Association of Cuban Notaries and the Legal Investigation Center, the objectives of the meeting include promoting the exchange of knowledge in the field of legal, notarial, registry and advice, as well as promoting theoretical, methodological reflection to carry out studies in these fields.
The organizational and operational principles of registries, the right to identity and civil registry and the importance of commercial law for security of economic relations will be among issues to be discussed in the gathering.
