Cuban Foreign Minister Felipe Perez Roque arrived in Russia last Saturday for an official visit at the invitation of his counterpart Sergeui Lavrov.
According to Granma news daily, this official visit, which begins on Monday and concludes tomorrow, is an expression of the excellent state of bilateral relations between Cuba and Russia.
During his stay in Russia, Perez Roque will hold official talks with Lavrov and with other government leaders including members of the federation’s Council (senate) and the Duma (parliament). He will also meet with members of the Cuba-Russia friendship parliamentary group and of the friendship society between the two countries.
