The Cuban exhibition at the ministerial session of the 21st World Petroleum Congress today has generated expectations among participants to the forum, taking place at the Krokus City, at the outskirts of this capital.
Hundreds of participants in the largest petroleum event of the planet have visited the Cuban stand at this exhibition center since the opening on Jun. 16, interested to business expectations the island has offered in this sector amid the updating of the economic model.
Programmed into the Congress' ministerial session for today morning, the presentation will be introduced by Doctor Manuel Marrero, well known here for his performance for years as a secretary of the national commission of this forum.
The largest interest of many of 5,000 business people from more than 80 countries gathered here until Jun. 19, regarding Cuba, focuses in the current status of the oil industry and new opportunities for foreign investments within the sector.
