- Address given at a ceremony held in the Port Avenue on the occasion of the First Anniversary of the General Strike on 9 April 1958, in which Fidel strongly denounced the counterrevolutionary conspiracy by foreign oligarchies, their national allies, the international press and selfish interests affected by the revolutionary actions.
- Handing over of 7 thousand Cuban pesos to Fidel by Account Court employees for the Agrarian Reform and the improvement of rural houses.
